Great Steaks are NO Mistake

Marketing Beef can be a challenge!! But it helps if you have some of the best tasting steaks you have ever had in your life. So, how do you judge the best steaks....ask the American Royal. The American Royal Steak Competition for 2013 is currently underway. They are looking for several criteria.

Munson Premium Angus Beef did very in 2012  well finishing in the TOP 10 nationally. We are very excited to learn the results of this years competition on October 9th at the American Royal 2013 Grapes and Steaks, which is a special event held annually. Our steaks will be judged in a blind taste test. I can hardly wait for the results! Charles and Deanna Munson picked out the very best steak for this years competition.

Munson Premium Angus Beef has created a well-marbled steak using time honored traditional cattle raising and cutting techniques. Our grass fed and corn finished prime quality beef is from our fifth generation Pure Bred Black Angus Cow Calf Herd. Our cattle do no receive growth hormones or antibiotics. Standard cuts do not contain shelf preservatives of color enhancers. Clay Center Meat Locker, where our beef is processed,  uses dry-aging and has the best meat cutters we could find. Lastly, our beef can be traced from pasture to plate, so you know what your getting. A great tasting steak, like the ones you would find in white linen steak house restaurants. Try one and you'll see that you can taste the difference!
